After working for 13 years in the corporate world ultimately as a Finance Director I have made a life changing career transition to coaching.

 

I have absolutely loved my career so far: achieving my Chartered Accountancy qualification, working with incredible people, exciting projects and have been presented with amazing opportunities along the way. After my second maternity leave everything was much more difficult and I ended up leaving my finance career behind. This is a common story for too many women.

I have two children and experienced two very different returns to the workplace. These experiences have made me so passionate about supporting others in their return and educating businesses on how to support their employees. It has also made me extremely aware that every individuals’ journey is unique. I believe so strongly that we can make a difference to parents' journeys which will ensure they do not have to make the difficult decisions I had to.

Coaching has absolutely fascinated me from the second I started. It really is magical watching clients feel empowered to explore new thoughts and ideas and reach their goals.
